Dolph Lundgren plays Waxman, a sniper for a secret government agency, and Gina Bellman as Clegg, his spotter. The movie takes place in and around an unfinished skyscraper called the “Algonquin.” Writer Sergio Altieri wrote a series of three novels called “Sniper” based on his ‘Silent Trigger’ script and character.
