I just got this picture sent to me at msg of Stephen King Dollar Baby director, Luca Caserta and his two actresses, Jana Barkan and Elisa Bertato.  He directed and they starred in his Dollar Baby film, THE REACH, based on Stephen King's short story.  They were SO happy, excited, and honored all 3 of them are in the new book.
